Dr. Hugh Wilson is the founder of the Age Management Institute Monterey, a medical practice aimed at assisting middle-aged and older adults reduce their risk factors for disease and improve their energy, strength, endurance and body composition.  An older father, Dr. Wilson’s quest to remain active in his son’s life led him to receive his certification in Age Management Medicine from the Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation in 2010.  For more than two decades, Dr. Wilson has practiced surgical pathology and laboratory medicine in Monterey County and has managed hospital and outpatient medical laboratories in the area.
